"My wife and I could not say enough about how great our experience with Joanna was! From our first interaction I ask her to treat our move to NC as if it were her own loved ones making the move and that she did. She took the time to figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home and pulled out all of the stops to ensure we found the perfect place. Due to the short notice change of station orders my wife and I were forced to conduct business from over 400 miles away. However, Joanna was more than willing to be our eyes and voice in the local area. She coordinated a walk-through with the management company and provided us with a very thorough video of the property highlighting both the good and the bad. She also took the time to go meet with the property management agent and go over a list of questions and concerns of ours to ensure that not only was the house a right fit but also the management.
